Important Disclaimer

Please do not return any goods without receiving prior authorisation from us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Returns Process

When completing the return form, please provide:

  • Your contact details (name, address, email, telephone number)

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Your LampShopOnline order or invoice number (if available)

All returns are processed on Mondays - Friday.

Returned parcels should be sent using a trackable delivery service so you have proof of delivery if needed for refund processing.

We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable requests and issue refunds promptly.

Terms & Conditions

  • LampShopOnline will determine whether a credit or replacement is most appropriate.

  • We cannot accept returns on made-to-order or specially supplied goods, including:

    • Emergency fittings

    • Gear trays

    • Shatterproof tubes

    • Foodsafe tubes

  • Our policies operate in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2016/2017.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photo(s) of the damage to help@lampshoponline.com. We will arrange replacements or a refund once images have been received.

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery if items are faulty or damaged. After this period, goods are considered accepted.

If the goods need to be collected, LampShopOnline will arrange this within 30 days.

Items Damaged in Return Transit

If you return goods using your own courier:

  • Ensure items are packaged securely

  • LampShopOnline is not responsible for damage caused during return transit

  • Refunds cannot be issued for items that arrive damaged

  • Courier claims must be made directly by the customer

  • We will provide photographic evidence to support your claim

  • Damaged items will be held for 48 hours before disposal
